We will be the definitive heartbeat of global anime and manga culture. Fans everywhere will instantly receive vibe‑perfect titles, communities, events, and merch—no matter where they live.
IP owners will rely on the platform as their primary gateway to form and grow loyal fandoms, requiring no special tech or marketing of their own. Our ecosystem makes collaboration frictionless and rewarding for all.
We unify the global fragmented anime and manga fandom into one authentic home—where every fan can freely discover, share, and deepen their passion, while creators and rights‑holders build thriving, direct relationships with those fans.

Curating only the finest in tech, we use cutting-edge technology to build rich virtual experiences that expand the fandom universe. Allowing fans to delve deeper into the stories and worlds they adore.

Through our vast network and partnerships, we help global fans experience Japanese craft in its authentic form. Extending anime’s influence, while preserving its roots.

Championing the heart and soul of anime – its creators. At Kasagi Labo, we’ve built a new model that focuses on artists and craftsmen, giving them the opportunity to tell and promote their own stories.

We don’t just move — we move with intention.
At Kasagi Labo, action isn’t about speed; it’s about clarity.
We frame the right problems, weigh the options, and commit to a course — whether that means sitting still, crawling forward, or sprinting ahead. The only thing we don’t do is waffle. If you’re unclear, ask sharper questions.
Clarity fuels decisive action.
It’s always your move.
We don’t sit around waiting for permission — we take the lead.
If something’s broken, we fix it.
If the path is unclear, we carve one.
But leadership isn’t reckless: when the stakes are high, we know when to pause and seek a second opinion.
Great players make judgment calls — and own them.
Speak clearly, directly, and with courage — especially when it’s hard.
Growth comes from real and timely feedback. Honesty isn’t optional, it’s culture.
We don’t just show up — we show up to win.
We take bold swings, bring intensity, and push each other to be our best.
No passengers. We rise together — and hold each other to that standard.
